On the basis of his training as an industrial plant specialist and with more than 30 years of professional experience, including more than 17 years as commercial director of industrial companies in Germany, Poland and Russia, Markus Spies' core expertise focuses on the structuring and financing of large-volume industrial projects for public-sector clients in Germany and abroad. During his international career, he gained more than 15 years of experience abroad, including stays in Switzerland, Egypt and Russia. In 2017, Mr Spies then became managing director of Indutax GmbH.
Industrial plant specialist Heinz-Gerd Paetz
Expert and publicly appointed and sworn auctioneer for machinery and industrial equipment
After successfully completing his training as an industrial plant specialist, Mr Paetz worked for Klöckner Industrieanlagen GmbH in various foreign assignments in the Arab world, South America and Asia, initially as a clerk and later as a site manager, before taking over the management of the company's used machinery and plant sales department in the mid-1990s. After this engagement, his career took him to Opp Industrieauktionen GmbH in 2000 as a senior employee before he accepted an offer to become an authorised signatory and auctioneer at Industriewert GmbH in Düsseldorf in 2003. Mr Paetz joined the management team of Indutax GmbH in February 2018.
Graduate business economist Ralf Haaken
Expert and publicly appointed and sworn auctioneer for machinery and industrial equipment
After successfully completing his studies in business administration, Mr Haaken spent 7 years handling the business management of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings for an insolvency administrator's office and a management consultancy. Due to his high technical affinity, he then took over the production management in two companies in the metal and electrical industry, Groschopp AG in Viersen and Facab Lynen GmbH & Co. KG in Eschweiler, before deciding to accept an offer as Senior Project Manager at Industriewert GmbH in Düsseldorf in 2008. In October 2017, Mr Haaken then joined the management team at Indutax GmbH.
